See what the campuses are growing for the community. Also, see the agricultural advancements especially in our land grant institutions. Show your farm no matter how big or small it matters! Also, show your sustainability practices.

Day 2: Sept. 16, 2025 Food Insecurity Awareness/Food Pantries/Food Banks
Every campus had dedicated resources to fighting hunger. It's important to highlight the innovative ways that each campus is approaching food insecurity. We also want to share that Swipe Out Hunger has been a cohost for this day and they provide valuable resources to college campuses across the country.

Day 3: Sept. 17, 2025 Largest Physical Activity Challenge
Colleges and universities across the country have competed for this title. They plan activities that will bring out the largest % of students on one day at one event. The 2024 winner was Penn State University and the 2023 winner was Cheyney University. Who will take the crown for 2025??? This event has been sponsored by Columbia Sportswear and they provide the winner cool prizes such as backpacks.

Day 4: Sept. 18, 2025 Mental Health and Mindfulness
Ensuring that every student, faculty and staff member is receiving all the wellbeing resources they need to be successful is important. Campuses make mental health and mindfulness a high priority. We have a theme for this day and encourage the use of available resources on campus.

Day 5: Sept. 19, 2025 Eating fruits and veggies in your school colors
Make eating fruits and veggies fun! See how campuses are using their school colors as well as fraternity/sorority colors to promote a variety of healthy produce. Every campus can get involved and encourage your students, faculty, staff and even alumni to do the same. What will you eat on that day???
